Maleimide modified fluorescent dye with Absorption 653 nm / Emission 672 nm, suitable for protein labeling, microarray experiments, FisH microscopy, and gel electrophoresis. Spectral similar to Cy5™ and Alexa Fluor® 647, commonly used with RadiantDy™ 547. The increased water solubility of RadiantDy™ fluorescent dyes allows a high label to protein ratio without precipitation during the conjugation reaction.
